We
are a dedicated business with a small staff. With so many
enquiries by e-mail, telephone and personal callers,
picking & packing orders, sourcing & warehousing
spares, sometimes we are unavailable to answer the
telephone. To serve our customers we have installed an answer phone system, after a few seconds our answer-phone will start. You may leave a message of 30 seconds including your telephone number and we will call you back. If we are available, but unable to reach the telephone an alternative message will cut in and the call will be diverted to a nearer telephone. Please wait and we will answer asap. To help us answer your questions please have the make & model number of your heater, stove or lamp handy, (if you know it). Even better have the heater, stove or lamp with you when you call ! |
